We just couldn’t wait until later this month to head up to Osoyoos!
The first ride to Osoyoos of the year! This is a quick and easy ride through the Cascades to Osoyoos. The ride up on Friday was a little chilly and only 10 miles of rain. Ironically it occurred at the summit of the cascades, Rainy Pass! Kevin, Neil, and I arrived a little later but had a great ride. There was already several people up there already so the party was started when we arrived! The next day was gorgeous and sunny! Your typical day in Osoyoos. Stephen located a boat, we setup camp on a quiet beach and even managed to get some knee boarding in. In the evening we all had a great BBQ, a few drinks and maybe even a midnight boat ride! On Sunday the weather changed and I had a very wet, solo ride home through the cascades. I still had fun! Hoping the next Osoyoos trip is nothing but hot, hot sun!
